We accept available payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., card payments and/or cash on delivery, where applicable).
Orders are confirmed only after the order is successfully placed and (where applicable) payment is successfully processed.

5) Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within Egypt only.
Delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping option.
Shipping is handled through Bosta and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control (e.g., weather, peak seasons, or local delays).

6) Returns & Refunds
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened skincare/beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method where possible, or by an alternative method based on the payment type and local processing rules.
