SEORA Shipping Policy

At SEORA, we partner with Bosta to deliver your skincare orders across Egypt quickly and safely. Below you’ll find our shipping options, delivery times, and key policies for a clear and smooth shopping experience.


1) Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Egypt only.


2) Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your governorate, order volume, and courier conditions.

  • Standard Shipping (Egypt): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Egypt): 1–3 business days

Free Shipping: Available for orders over EGP [___] (if applicable)

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, high order volumes, or local delays).


3) Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be processed the next business day

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message/email with your tracking number


4) Shipping Restrictions & Special Conditions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes for security reasons

  • Remote Areas: Some locations may require additional time and/or extra shipping fees based on Bosta serviceability


5) Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. You can track your order via Bosta:

6) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. If an issue happens:

  • Delayed shipment: Please allow 2 additional business days before contacting us

  • Marked as delivered but not received: Check with neighbors/building reception, then contact the local courier office

  • Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

    • The damaged product(s)

    • The shipping box/packaging

    • The shipping label (if possible)
      We will review your case and assist you with the next steps.


7) Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may:

  • Issue a partial refund (excluding shipping fees), or

  • Reship the order, with additional shipping costs covered by the customer
